About Darren Motamedy:

Saxophonist Darren Motamedy has been on the Smooth Jazz Scene since 1989. His first album “First Generation” hit the top 20 in Radio and Records and landed also on the Billboard Charts. Subsequent albums followed including “Square One”, “Dangerously Close” “It’s All Good”, “Intimate”, “Relax Your Mind”, “Peace”, “The Best of Darren Motamedy”, “Don’t Cha’ Know”, “Gruv Horn” “All About Love”, “Live a Special Day, and his current 60’s/70’s era tribute to jazz “Distant”

His strength as a musician lead him to become endorsed by a major saxophone manufacturer. He is an in demand educator and clinician and currently is composing his 12th album written for Jazz Ensemble.

About Stixx Boyd:

Stepping out from behind the drum kit, Stixx thrives using  his skills as a songwriter, composer, vocalist, percussion and drums to release an EP titled "Journey" .

Being a Saint Louis Native has taught Stixx alot about music. Then moving to NYC to further his music career and schooling. He was blessed with the opportunities to play with artists such as Faith Evans, Diddy, Mario , Nelly , Ashford and Simpson, and Chico Debarge to name a few.

Each artist was able to teach him a lot about himself musically. Each Artist pushed him to study harder thus leading him to be a Music Director.

Stixx always wanted to put a project together that describes his music DNA. This is his season to release an EP.

About Derek Lowery:

Born on October 14th in New Haven Connecticut. Grew up the youngest of four. Started singing at the age of four with his siblings, With strong gospel roots, they formed a group called The Lowery Family, which led them to sing in different gospel events and festivals.

At the age of 5 years old, his family moved to North Carolina. Their musical journey allowed them to share the stage with gospel legends such a Shirley Caesar, Mighty Clouds of Joy, Little Cedric and The Hailey Singers (two of the lead singers were K-Ci and JoJo Hailey of the world renowned group Jodeci).

His gospel influences where the Dixie Hummingbirds, Walter Hawkins, Andre Crouch, The Gospel Keynotes, Williams Brothers, Winans, commissioned, Take 6 etc...

The family moved to Las Vegas when he was 12 and that’s when he developed a love for jazz music. He started listening to artists such as Michael Franks, Al Jarreau, Bobby McFerrin, Will Downing, Ben Tankas, The Yellow Jackets, Pat Metheny etc..

In 2001, he joined a group called The Sacred Groove. This was his introduction to jazz music. He performed at a lot of events in the Las Vegas area, particularly at Jazz in the Park. He has been blessed to share the stage with the late Wayman Tisdale, Norman Brown, Marcus Miller and other jazz greats.

As a solo artist, Derek continues to perform a number of venues in the Las Vegas area.

He is excited to announce that his debut album titled S.O.U.L will be released around December 2022.
